Rossana candies are hard outside, soft inside, made mainly of hazelnuts and almonds, and considered one of the best-known candies among Italian candies, perhaps the most famous, gluten-free.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk (milk, sugar), peanut oil, milk whey powder, skimmed milk powder, anhydrous butter, hazelnuts, almonds, apricot kernels, flavourings, emulsifier (soya lecithin). Gluten Free. May contain soya.
