Return & Refund Policy

At Italian Supermarkets (operated by E-Markets Trading Co. Ltd, 16 Stirling Road, London W3 8DJ, United Kingdom, VAT GB365654862), we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
If you are not entirely happy, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

1. Return Period

Customers have 14 days from the date they receive their order to request a return.

2. Eligible Items

Only unused, unopened and sealed products in their original packaging can be returned.

Opened or unsealed items cannot be accepted for return.

Perishable or consumable goods are non-returnable once opened.

3. Return Authorisation

Customers must contact us by email before sending any item back.

 to request a return authorisation and instructions.
Unannounced returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date the item was received by us

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the order.

We refund the full order amount, including the original delivery cost (standard shipping only).

Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email emarkets.uk@gmail.com
 within a reasonable time (ideally within 48 hours) with details and photos.
We will offer either:

a free replacement, or

a full refund, or

in some cases, the option to keep the item without returning it.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Refunds are the only form of compensation available for eligible returns.
