Shipping policy

At Italian Supermarkets (operated by E-Markets Trading Co. Ltd, 16 Stirling Road, London W3 8DJ, United Kingdom), we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

We currently deliver to the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery (Next-Day): Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the next day and typically delivered within one working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day and typically delivered within two working days.

We will send you tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, operational peak time or seasonal demand, bank holidays).

Please note that all chilled items are packed in a cool bag or box with ice packs to keep the products fresh during transport.

For orders exceeding 20kg (e.g., water or soft drinks), an additional shipping charge applies automatically at checkout.

You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient not being available, or the goods not being collected from the Royal Mail / ParcelForce deposit, re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at emarkets.uk@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

All orders are shipped with a trackable courier service.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
