Rusks whole wheat is a gluten-free and lactose-free toasted slice of wholemeal rusks bread. It is a product obtained from a mixture of various ingredients and is gluten-free certified. These homemade biscuits have a characteristic square shape and a slightly rough and irregular surface. They have the classic scent of biscuits baked in the oven.
Ingredients: Water, gluten-free wheat starch, whole buckwheat flour (5%), whole rice flour (4.3%), high-oleic sunflower oil, dextrose, vegetable fibres (psyllium, pea, potato, bamboo, flax seed), brewer’s yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae), salt, sugar, gluten-free barley malt, stabiliser: guar gum, emulsifier: modified cellulose, natural flavour, aroma.
