It is ideal for baking and bakery products in general, with excellent yield even when preparing leavened desserts. Shake the package well before use so that the components of the Mix are well mixed together. Use the product as a flour base in a recipe as desired.
Ingredients: Gluten-free wheat starch, dextrose, salt, corn flake, vegetable fibres (psyllium, beet), sugar, stabiliser: guar gum, emulsifier: modified cellulose. For allergens, see highlighted ingredients. It may contain traces of mustard.
