Gluten-free Cantucci with chocolate pieces are traditional Italian cookies. They are dry biscuits of irregular shape, yellow externally and slightly lighter internally, with clear evidence of honeycombing. They have the classic scent of baked cookies and a sweet and delicate taste.

Ingredients: Rice flour, granulated sugar, dark chocolate (13%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, dextrose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), crystal sugar, corn flour, eggs, potato starch, corn starch, water, stabiliser: guar gum, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, pyrophosphate acid, natural aroma, aroma, salt.
