Panettone with Pistachio Cicirittu (1.2kg)

The Artisanal Panettone filled with Pistachio Cream has always been a little Sicilian gem, typical of the town of Bronte at the foot of Mount Etna. With this Panettone, you can rediscover the true flavor of genuine, handcrafted, and natural Sicilian tradition. The double fermentation process lasting over 36 hours makes it soft and extremely digestible.

Made without preservatives, semi-finished products, artificial flavors, or vegetable fats, this Panettone is 100% artisanal, crafted entirely by hand with passion, as per the Cicirittu tradition.

The 1.2kg Panettone is naturally filled with 250g of Pistachio Cream inside.

Shelf life of 45 days. Once opened, you have one week to consume it.

After each use, place the Panettone back in its provided transparent bag, ensuring you remove any air from the bag.

Since these are artisanal products without preservatives, store them carefully in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and temperature fluctuations. DO NOT store the Panettone in the refrigerator or freezer.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks from pasteurized free-range hens, sourdough starter, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) of plant origin, salt, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, natural yeast, orange blossom honey, flavorings.

Filling Ingredients:
Sugar, pistachio paste 30% (pistachios, chlorophyll E141, vegetable oils from soy and palm, pistachio granules 6%, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, lactose, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavoring (vanillin).

Coating Ingredients:
Sugar, pistachio paste 15% (pistachios E141-E100), fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel), pistachio granules 6%, skimmed milk powder (8%), lactose, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), flavoring (vanillin).

Pistachio shell tolerance: 1%. May contain traces of other tree nuts (hazelnuts), peanuts, and sesame seeds.
