Paneangeli - Potato Starch (250g)
Paneangeli Potato Starch is perfect for preparing cakes, biscuits, puddings and custards. It can be used to partially or totally replace the flour, to obtain crumbly and delicate sweets. May also be used as a thickener for sauces, gravy and soups. Just dissolve in a little water, milk or stock and add at the end of the cooking.
Ingredients: potato starch. May contain traces of wheat.
