The Classic Italian Croissant made with whole wheat flour and covered with grain sugar, perfect if warmed up for breakfast. 

Ingredients: whole wheat flour 36,8%, vegetable margarine (cocoa butter, vegetables oils, coconut oil, water), fresh eggs 14,5%*, sugar, sourdough 10,6%* (wheat), water, yeast, wheat gluten, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, butter, vegetables oils (sunflower, corn, rapeseed, soy), flavourings, honey, salt, egg yolk 0,2%, barley malt extract. *% of the finished product. May contain traces of: nuts, sesame and soy.
