Mulino Bianco Galletti biscuits are lightly sprinkled with sugar crystals. Galletti are ideal as a light breakfast biscuit thanks to a dough made without eggs. Galletti have a delicate flavour and are made with simple, natural ingredients carefully selected by Mulino Bianco.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sunflower oil, sugar, high quality pasteurized fresh milk 3%*, crystal sugar 3%*, raising agents (ammonium acid carbonate, sodium acid carbonate), salt, wheat starch, honey, milk proteins, vannila flavour. *Percentages expressed on the final product.
