Mulino Bianco's Cuor di Mela (which means "apple hearts") are shortbread biscuits with apple jam. Perfect with a good black tea and a hint of lime honey.

Ingredients: wheat flour 43%, apple jam 23,2% (apple puree 18%, glucose-fructose syrup, dextrose, apple juice 2,8%, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, apple 2,8%, butter, fresh eggs, skimmed milk powder, fructose-glucose syrup, modified starch, raising agents (ammonium acid acrbonate, sodium acid carbonate, monopotassium tartrate), apple vinegar, salt, flavorings, cinnamon. May contain traces of nuts, sesame and soy.
