Mulino Bianco - Classic Croissants (240g)

Mulino Bianco’s Classic Croissants are wonderfully light brioche pastries. This soft puff pastry is naturally leavened, making it delicious out of the pack or when heated in the oven. 

Ingredients: wheat flour, vegetable margarine (cocoa butter, vegetable oils, coconut oil, water), fresh eggs 15,9%, sugar, sourdough 11,3% (wheat), water, yeast, butter 2,9%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavors (milk), salt, vegetable oils (sunflower, corn, rapeseed, soy), egg yolk 0,2%. May contain traces of nuts, sesame and soy.
