Lurisia - Gazzosa (4x275ml)
With the same '50s recipe, Lurisia Gazzosa is obtained from Amalfi Coast's lemons, known for their succulent and semi-sweet pulp. Crystalline to the eye and with a vibrant lemon scent, its taste is enhanced by bubbles that dissolve in sweet notes. To be served preferably without ice, with mint leaves and a licorice stick.
Ingredients: water, cane sugar, "Limone Costa d'Amalfi PGI" juice (1% - lemons used 50 g/l of finished product), carbon dioxide, acerola juice, acidifier: citric acid, "Limone Costa d'Amalfi PGI" infusion (0.22% - lemons used 2.2 g/l of finished product), natural flavourings.
