HOW TO USE

Immerse the sealed bag in boiling water and let it boil for about 20 minutes. Remove the bag from the hot water and cut it along the shorter side, allowing the natural broth* that forms during cooking to drip.

Remove the Cotechino Fini, slice it into medium thickness slices** and serve it while still hot with a side dish of puree, green beans, spinach or lentils.

*The formation of the broth is due to the cooking to which the cotechino is subjected, which allows for excellent and prolonged preservation of the product.

**Being careful to remove the non-edible casing.
